General Terms and Conditions (AGB)

Scope
These Terms and Conditions apply to all contracts between the customer and Calf & Wolf Creators for the purchase of custom-made products such as fursuits, clothing, plush toys, embroidered items, pins, and soaps. All orders are handled on an individual basis following personal consultation.

Custom-Made Products
1.1 All orders placed with Calf & Wolf Creators are custom-made to the customer's specifications.
1.2 In accordance with Section 312d Paragraph 4 of the German Civil
Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to custom-made products. Therefore, returns and refunds are not possible once the order is confirmed.
1.3 Cancellation and Refunds:
  1.3.a If the customer decides to cancel the order after having paid less than 50% of the total price, they are entitled to a refund amounting to 15% of the sum already paid.
  1.3.b If the customer has already paid 50% or more of the total price, and materials have been ordered or production has commenced, no refunds will be granted. This condition is based on Section 312g Paragraph 2 No. 1 of the German Civil Code.

Payment
2.1 Payment can be made via PayPal or bank transfer.
   2.1.a In case of payment via PayPal, a 5% surcharge will be added to each installment/payment.
2.2 Bank transfer details will be provided to the customer personally after the consultation has been completed.
2.3 The agreed payment (full amount or installment) is due by the date mutually agreed upon in the consultation. If the customer fails to make the payment by that date, Calf & Wolf Creators reserves the right to postpone the start of production for up to two years from the original agreed date, at Calf & Wolf Creators’ sole discretion.

Physical Products
3.1 For physical products, such as fursuit components or plush toys, the customer may submit a complaint within one year of purchase if defects in materials or workmanship are found.
3.2 Calf & Wolf Creators will cover the costs of repairs for valid complaints, but the customer is responsible for the shipping costs for both sending and returning the product.

Warranty and Repairs
4.1 The warranty period for repairs is one year from the date of purchase.
4.2 The warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship but does not cover damages caused by improper use, accidents, or customer modifications.

Liability
Calf & Wolf Creators is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products.

Final Provisions
6.1 These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Germany.
6.2 Any disputes arising from these Terms and Conditions will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Wesel, Germany.
6.3 If any provision of these Terms and Conditions becomes invalid, it will not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.

Acceptance of Terms
By placing an order with Calf & Wolf Creators, the customer confirms that they have read, understood, and accepted these General Terms and Conditions.
